The story and character of Ruth is one that strums my heart strings and moves me every time I read about her.
God, thank you for the story of Ruth…and the character…and the faith… she demonstrated throughout her LIFE…and how her life was Honoured by redemption so that she became a lynchpin in the lineage of King David…which ultimately led to Joseph and the birth of your Son via Mary. God, give us the same Character and Faith…anchored in Truth…so that we would honour you in our redeeming work ahead. Amen
